This barn conversion comprised the reconstruction and renovation of derelict cowshed to create a craft studio and farm office.
The existing oak frame was raised and levelled onto a new brick plinth. Many of the original oak posts and beams were repaired but others needed replacing using green oak. The existing Kent peg roof tiles were salvaged for re-use and new rooflights and oak framed windows were added.
