This car showroom design for an Italian car dealership on a restricted site comprised refurbishment and extension of an existing car showroom.
The project required careful negotiations with the local authority to obtain planning permission for the extension to the existing premises, located in a prominent position of a Sussex village and adjoining a conservation area.
The two storey showroom extension created display space to accommodate several new small cars for a second dealership and new management offices on the first floor. A new circular stair provided access to the offices from the car showroom.
The refurbishment included a new fascia with sliding glass doors and an interior design scheme to unite the new and existing car showrooms.
