This house extension to a small bungalow added a new living room on the ground floor at the front of the house and a garden room at a slightly lower level to the rear. On the first floor of the extension, a new master bedroom with en-suite fills the roof space above the living room with a west-facing balcony looking across the garden and the nearby countryside.
The existing small bungalow was redesigned to accommodate the new staircase and, to make full use of the roof space, the loft was converted to create additional small bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
