These ten new luxury four bedroom houses were designed for the developer undertaking the regeneration of the redundant Victorian asylum at Royal Earlswood Park.
Set in landscaped grounds, each of the houses have integral garages and are arranged around a gated courtyard that provides security and privacy. The architectural style and materials were chosen to reflect the qualities of the farm buildings that once occupied this part of the Earlswood site.
Derek Eaglen was the principal architect at ML Design for this project.
