new apartments at Southdowns Park
These new apartments at Southdowns Park form part of the residential conversion of St Francis' Hospital, a Grade II Listed Victorian asylum in West Sussex. The design features multi-coloured brick banding with brick arches above the windows and masonry details designed to complement the polychromatic brickwork of the Italianate Victorian architecture found elsewhere on the development. The six apartments each have two bedrooms and allocated private parking. Owners share the communal gardens that have been landscaped and re-planted to replicate the original Victorian designs.
